There is no better way to start off the holiday season then a trip out to the cabin with some old friends. The combination of wool blankets and a crackling fire while sipping on a glass of bourbon is the definition of warmth and the perfect setting for sharing memories and of course a few laughs. I was lucky enough to make it out to The Whiteshell this weekend, a provincial park just east of Winnipeg. It was nice to be off the grid for a couple of days where my only job was to relax. Turn off your phone, leave your laptop behind, and escape to the cabin for some solitude this winter; your mind and your body will thank you for it. Much love as always, see you soon DG.
