The boy’s at Table Manners are at it again, but this time there is more. The Cluster Festival is a dynamic contemporary arts and music festival that began in Winnipeg back in 2010. This year food can be added to the list of programming as the gentlemen at Table Manners seek to give you the ultimate sensory experience while combining the sights, sounds and obviously tastes like you have never had them before.
