“RAW:Almond is a mighty beast, and she survives solely on spirited energy”. This became a mantra for Mandel over the course of the event, one that became abundantly true from day one and even more so as the weeks went by. Throughout our coverage of RAW:Almond we spoke about a myriad chefs and their contribution to the event, however none of it would have been possible without Mandel Hitzer and Joe Kalturnyk. Their innovation and sheer determination made this event possible and will undoubtedly make it possible for years to come and for that, we thank you. By now we all know what went down for those incredible 3 weeks on the ice, so we here at Charcoal are going to leave you with a collection of captures from the event and let you reminisce with us on the magical place that was RAW:Almond.
